Clan Etter of Ettershanks

The Ettershanks are shown in the Doomsday book as a sub clan being 'Sept' to a lager clan of whom it is not know as yet. The Ettershanks were craftsmen employed usually for building cattle enclosures. There is indication that the clans' home was on one of the western islands of Scotland.
