Make Your Plans NOW To Attend CMW's Third Annual Membership Meeting. As Previously Announced Our Annual Membership Meeting Will Be At The 58th Grandfather Mountain Games From July 11-14 In Linville North Carolina.
Our Host Hotel Will Be The Comfort Inn, In Boone, NC. Just Minutes From The Games, Address 1184 N. Carolina 105, 28607. Phone #(828) 268-0099 Ask For The Special Rate By Mentioning - CMW. We Have 1st And 2nd Floor Rooms Available, So If You Have A Preference, Please Specify.
Our First Official (Unofficial) Event For This Weekend Will Be Friday At An Informal Social Hour At A Local Establishment, Where We Can Renew Old And Establish New "Family" Relationships.
On Saturday The 13th, We Will Be Conducting Our AMM, (Tentatively) At 1:00 PM At The Special Meeting Tent On The Games Grounds.
Saturday Evening, Everyone Is Invited To Join In For A Great Evening Of Food, Drink And Comaraderie. We Will Have Our Own Ceilidh At A Location To Be Determined - Watch For Details As We Have Additional Information To Announce!
Finally, Sunday Will Be A Free Day To Enjoy The Games Or The Beautiful Countryside. For Those Staying Over Until Monday, We Can Have One Last Social "Get Together."
