The Inverness Highland Meeting 2014

Celebrate the 150th anniversary of the opening of the world's oldest Highland games stadium.

Everybody is welcome as the Highland clans meet by the River Ness to witness an unforgettable Highland Games. The Masters World Championships will feature over one hundred international heavies.

Part of Homecoming Scotland 2014, the Highland Homecoming events will start with a weekend of events that are guaranteed to ensure that all roads lead to the banks of the River Ness. The Inverness Highland Meeting (12 - 14 September) will see the Highland clans and Highland games athletes and fans from all around the world meeting in the Highland capital for a weekend of festivities to celebrate a very special occasion; the 150th anniversary of the opening of the world's oldest Highland games stadium, Northern Meeting Park.
