I saw Tartan Footprint in the Clan Cumming Association so i thought i would join. My surname was originally Lendrum but got changed by my great great grandfather (Sergeant-Major William James Lendrim)...I saw Tartan Footprint in the Clan Cumming Association so i thought i would join. My surname was originally Lendrum but got changed by my great great grandfather (Sergeant-Major William James Lendrim). A Comyn was in hiding after leaders of that clan were banned from court. He was staying at Lendrum Farm so took that name to avoid capture.
