Mackintosh Architecture 2014

This exhibition will provide new insight into the architecture of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

As part of Homecoming Scotland 2014, it will present a broader view of the exceptional and pioneering designer and will include original architectural drawings, many never seen in public before; specially-commissioned models and film; and archival material.

The exhibition, curated by Professor Pamela Robertson, aims to present a broader view, based on the outcomes of a major Arts and Humanities Research Council-funded research project.

The exhibition will provide new insight into the architect, examine the process of the construction of buildings at the turn of the last century and celebrate Glasgow's architectural heritage.
