Quine = girl. A boy is a loon. (I remember reading an article written by a man from the southwest somewhere who has a distinct memory, early in his Aberdeen life, of hearing the postie ask 'Fa's the wee loonie?' and thinking that people must think he was a bit daft. Language is fun.)
