ANOTHER MUSE FROM A SIMPLE MAN (WHAT IF.................?)

IS OUR LIFE DECIDED BY FATE OR BY FREE-WILL? OR IS IT OUR FREE CHOICE BUT WHERE SOMETHING EFFECTS WORLD HISTORY THAT IS PRE-DESTINED AND CANNOT BE CHANGED.
ISTARTED THINKING ABOUT THIS WHEN WALKING ROUND LOCH LEVEN AND CAME TO THE ISLAND WHERE QUEEN MARY HAD BEEN IMPRISONED.
SUPPOSING MARY HAD BEEN PREGNANT WHEN MARRIED TO THE DAUPHAN OF FRANCE(SAY A SON WAS BORN)THAT CHILD WOULD HAVE BECOME KING OF FRANCE AND SCOTLAND.COULD HAVE BECOME PART OF FRANCE LIKE IE.CORCSICA.
THE BALANCE OF POWER BETWEEN FRANCE AND UK WOULD TILT IN FAVOUR OF FRANCE.
FRANCE WOULD HAVE WON THE NORTH AMERICAN WARS AGAINST THE UK. AND FORGED THE BIGGER EMPIRE.
NO WARS OF INDEPENDANCE OR WAR BETWEEN THE STATES?
ALSO CANADA WOULDN:T EXIST IT WOULD BE PART OF THE USA WHEN THE STATES WHERE GRANTED INDEPENDANCE FROM FRANCE.
FRENCH WOULD BE THE LANGUAGE OF GOVERNMENT IN THE US.
AND SPOKEN MORE THAN ENGLISH ACROSS THE WORLD.
SO WAS IT LEFT TO CHANCE THAT MARY WOULD NOT BE PREGNANT OR WAS IT PRE ORDAINED?
WHAT DO YOU THINK?????????????

Liz Doyle
I don't much believe in predestination, but it definitely was a good thing that Mary did not become pregnant while married to the Dauphin. That would have been a major upset to history. LOL
